Shipping policy

Order Processing and Drop Off Schedule
Her Smile ships orders three days per week. Orders are dropped off with the carrier on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

If you place an order after a drop off, it will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Timeframes
Once your package is delivered to the carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control. Shipping time estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier volume, weather, or other delays.

Carrier Responsibility and Delays
Her Smile is not liable for delays, lost packages, damaged packages, or other issues that occur during carrier transport after the package is accepted by the carrier. Please contact us for additional support. 

Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or text. Tracking updates may take up to 24 to 48 hours to appear after drop off.
